Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Remorse Returns (Changed Your Mind)

If you'd like to return an item because you changed your mind, the following applies:

  • A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the item

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos or video of the damage
  • We'll review your claim and advise on next steps — in many cases, no return shipment is required
  • Return shipping, if needed, is fully covered at no cost to you
  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method once the claim is resolved

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, installed, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
